That Dietitian, LLC offers medical nutrition therapy and coaching via telehealth, delivered by a licensed Registered Dietitian.

2. No Medical Emergency Services

This website and service are not intended for emergency medical issues. In case of emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility

Services are available to adults 18 and over. By using our services, you confirm you are legally able to consent to care.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, images, branding) belongs to That Dietitian, LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” That Dietitian, LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of this website or services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

8. Changes to Terms
